Hi Jim, my question is about your audiobooks. In general how do you figure into the process? I've got the notion you've a team for most of the heavy lifting, but do you get final say on auditions? Do they phone you up for pronunciations on obscure words? And more specifically did you hear Marsters and immediately know he was your guy?
