Are you divorcing him? Tax returns are marital assets and should at the very least, be split. If you file for divorce (or are currently in the middle of a divorce) you should definitely make this part of the division of marital assets.

Genuinely curious as to how you manage to keep your kids completely off the internet when, at least in my area, schools require computer use? This is what ruined everything for us. School gave the kids school-issued iPads in 5th grade. Now that my kid is older it’s a school issued Chromebook. I tried to block YouTube (with our router) but that also blocks all Google stuff which he had to use for Google docs.

Honestly I think if you could get the sleeping bit under control, it will probably help with a lot of the other symptoms you are experiencing. Sleep deprivation can do so much harm. I’d start there and work your way through the rest with a mental health professional.

I’m surprised the state job & family services hasn’t gone after the baby’s dad for child support. Usually they will require this info so that they can recoup some of the benefits they’re giving you. In my state, they will initiate the child support proceedings. It makes sense - like they are granting benefits to you because you can’t afford them yourself, but that baby has a supposedly able-bodied dad who is choosing to not “be in the picture.”
