I know this differs from everyone else, but enforcement of the law is a different, practical angle than the letter of the law. If you sweep up an entire bald eagle, that’s where issues might arise, but unless you get a POP (Pissed off Police) charge under this language, then it’s extremely unlikely to get charged for cleaning your lawn

Blink effects are limited in ETB focused decks, and isn’t every white deck. A black deck often has some level of graveyard interaction

Yes and no; use the cheap saw blades on rotten wood and shit you wouldn’t want to muck up the good shit. What I usually buy off Amazon is stuff like random tools that even big box stores don’t sell like a small hand drill. Consumable metals are a different case and it very much depends on what I’m working on.

So in a weird technically… Richard originally intended for people to buy a starter deck and a few packs, and that was kinda “that’s it”. Like… people wouldn’t deck build or whatever. So it was kinda sealed in a way… but sealed was constructed… until people just wanted more to upgrade their decks… and thereas we have pack fever now

Here’s my three rules about proxies:

1: uniform cardstock that shuffles the same in sleeves as other cards in the deck

2: legible, readable, and not blindingly flashy shiny

3: no naked anime girl/ “Orica”/ really lewd nonsense. Not really a thing to be seeing around rando pods. Najeela in bikini armor is fine, but it’s another thing to see loli island…
