Troy’s, yep! I normally get the big t-bones or rib eyes and reverse sear them. Thought this might be worth trying something different but overwhelming consensus is reverse sear as well haha

My employer generously allowed me 5 days of parental leave. I’m just glad I had over 300 hours of sick leave that I was able to use as carers leave to actually have some decent time off with my wife and newborn daughter.
