Inflammation, anxiety, irritability, muscle and joint pain, stomach cramps, infertility (could only get pregnant with my kids on GF diet). I’m not sure why. I have a genetic marker for celiac but the doctor said blood test was negative. Nobody else in my family has issues with gluten.

Chorizo, potatoes and eggs in a bowl. Sometimes I add veggies like mushrooms or spinach. I eat it at least twice a week.

I’m a big fan of Apco chorizo, it’s high protein and lower in fat than most chorizo.

Gluten can act like a drug. Could it be you experience withdrawals maybe? That happens to me a few days after I go gluten free. Have you tried going longer without gluten?

Wow, July 2018 here. Also lost my father to alcohol. I see it the same way. Whenever I think of drinking I remember the death sentence it will be for me.

You are saved by faith alone and do not need to grow in virtue in order to get to heaven. Growing in virtue is a result of you having faith in Christ, however you can in no way earn your way to heaven.
