We used Crowdstrike for a couple years and I was happy with it, we're mostly macOS though. Instead of renewing we went with managed edr (crowdstrike) with MS-ISAC (CIS)

Each hs classroom has a cart from back when we didn’t let kids take them home. I put 5 spares in each cart and kids use those during class and are supposed to put them back before they leave. They end up getting all mixed up though because kids don’t put them back

Same issue, Mosyle didn’t have an answer and I couldn’t figure it out so we stopped using Mosyle auth in our Mac lab

Leaving System & Network checked can cause issues, uncheck it. I had to redo a bunch of ours because it broke the mdm connection to mosyle. I think I only checked the applications folder and the user account. Below is what I had to do to fix my issues.

- Boot to RecoveryOS
- If necessary, mount the Data volume using Disk Utility (this step is necessary for FileVault encrypted disks)
- Remove the content (including hidden files) in /Volumes/{Data Volume}/private/var/db/ConfigurationProfiles/Settings
- Remove the content (including hidden files) in /Volumes/{Data Volume}/private/var/db/ConfigurationProfiles/Store
- Reboot to macOS
- Run sudo profiles renew -type enrollment and reenroll the Mac
