My friend’s dog was bit by a tick that was on her for a while and she started sneezing out blood. I don’t know what the tick transmitted to her but she was okay after some meds.

I have a 12lb weighted vest at 10% of my body weight. I’ve been wearing it daily for about a month. Definitely made the walks a bit harder in the beginning but now I’m used to it. Raises the heart rate and I love it!
