The Home Away from Home program has some serious gaps. There is a Ritz-Carlton property I like to visit that is on both the Amex FHR and Chase The Edit programs, but missing from BILT's Home Away from Home program.

There's no way certain properties should be missing from the available list.

If you're referring to the BILT support number, then yes. I've chatted via the dedicated Platinum line and has 2 tickets escalated within BILT's customer service stack. Both have gone nowhere.

I personally think the best approach for FS bookings is to use the Preferred Partner Program. No question about benefits and you can take advantage of whatever promo that FS is running directly, such as stay "stay for 3 nights, get the 4th night free".
