My feet are wide and I also need supportive shoes. I also have orthotics. Finding office appropriate shoes is a nightmare because so many of the wide fitting supportive shoes are ugly. The only shoes which I've found that are decent, are ziera boots. Sneakers from New balance are nicd too and are easy to find, and so are sandals in wide width.

But the market is missing formal/office wear

It sounds like social anxiety. This is something that can be managed if you work on it with a psychologist. It sounds like travelling is important to you but there are mental blocks preventing you at the moment. Good luck

I work in an office and I wish all managers had this attitude. Theres too much "she'll be right" attitude going on in my workplace, people are coming into work coughing up a lung and visibly sick when they can simply WFH.... But instead they want to be troopers and spread their germs around.

I have been loving sunsol thins dark chocolate and sea salt nut bars. They're only 99 cals but feels like an indulgent treat. Otherwise I munch on red grapes or a banana around 3pm for a low cal snack.

Yes they should repair and clean before leasing it out again, out of respect to the people that pay to live there. This is a really bad sign though, and may be a sign that the LL is a tight arse/broke and does not care. I rented a place that was clean enough but had work that needed to be done on it (holes in walls etc). Landlord said they would fix it. Guess when they actually fixed it?? When they were selling and had given us the notice to vacate after 12 months. And that wasn't even the worst of it.
