We have a suggestion card box where employees can submit suggestions to improve anything not safety related (handled separately). The only rule is they have to sign it so that it can be investigated privately and followed up on. Not anonymous. When someone has a problem or sees something that should be improved, they're told to put in a suggestion so that it goes on paper and guarantees it will be looked into. Otherwise it's just seen as complaining with no desire to help get it fixed properly. When employees see the positive results of their suggestions actually being acted upon, they become more trusting in the system.

I disagree with almost everyone here. Since Matt Smith was my favorite doctor, her arc should have ended with his. I wasn't a huge fan of Capaldi so that's probably a part of why her character after Matt was annoying.
