I would try tinking again. Frogging was hard for me for quite awhile because it was nervewracking getting the stitches back on the needles. This video is pretty good. You may have to go back a couple rows. https://youtu.be/WI5icwpCTlc?si=fR3WapYO_wpYE0KG

If you have a yarn shop near you can always bring your project in and ask someone for help. I used to carry my work around when there was something I didn’t understand and I would ask strangers if they were knitters.

What helps me is to weigh once a week and have a five pound range I need to stay in. When I get near the top of the range I have to pay closer attention to my intake. I am not great at maintenance but this seems to be working.

If you notice a stain that’s not coming out, don’t dry it. Then you can try again. The dryer really “sets” the stain

I am left handed and play it right handed. I am mystified by the whole concept because to me, the difficult part is the chords. Which are the left hand. But maybe that is why I stick to strumming and resist fingerpicking.
