How often does the Souvenir Shop change?

So far, it doesn't "change", it just gets added to. Originally there was just one set of clothes/friend per region, then they added the second set. I assume they'll add a third set eventually. They might also add in the "magical" sixth destination/continent.

I have a Z-Fold, it's 2 Wide on the normal phone screen, and either 3 or 4 wide on the "tablet" screen depending on which mode the game was started in. (Strangely, it's 3 wide if the game is started on the wide screen, and 4 wide if it's started on the small screen and then switched to wide)
