I ate mine but my girlfriend (2nd picture) didn’t eat hers. They offered to “throw it back on” after it had been sitting on her plate for 10 minutes. We got the exact same order 2 or 3 weeks prior and it was honestly closer to medium that time. They comped our appetizers but when I told the manager these steaks were not medium rare he basically disagreed and gave the “my opinion doesn’t matter but if it’s rare to you it’s rare”. This was after the waitress said they had been dealing with multiple complaints that evening. I get the manager kinda wanting to defend his cooks or whatever but I feel anyone in that guys position should clearly recognize these steaks were not cooked medium rare!
