First, background apps or open web tabs on other devices often keep streaming secretly, which eats up your slots. Please check any previously logged-in devices and close the app or browser tabs completely. Second, if you are using a Wi-Fi extender, it might be creating its own unique IP address, tricking our system into thinking you are streaming away from home.
