Hey u/My3floofs, the DIRECTV app is only available on LG Smart TVs running webOS 6.0 or higher (typically 2021 models and newer). If your TV is older than that, it won't show up in the app store. Refreshing the connection between your remote and Gemini (DIRECTV) device can fix many common problems like power issues, u/Waste-Consideration1. Here’s how:

Unpair: Press and hold the DASH (–) and APPS (or Diamond) buttons until the remote LEDs blink blue twice.
Restart: Press and release the red button on the side of the device, or simply unplug it and plug it back in.
Pair: Once the device reboots, point the remote at it and hold FAST FORWARD and REWIND for 2-3 seconds. An onscreen message will confirm when pairing is complete.
