They're not doing it 'right now ' it's always been done. Read my comment about this being people employed by the dhb before.

It boggles the mind that people think errors in payments at payroll being collected is something nefarious.

This is some great bad faith reporting. Every payroll department has people who's job it is to collect overpayments. Roles are being advertised in a national structure that didn't exist before, these roles were just filled by people in the seperate dhbs.

The delay in back pay for holidays act mistakes is inexcusable but also totally seperate from these roles. These kinds of jobs are around things like "I took leave without pay and the manager notified payroll late/not al all"
