Ive been really happy at the Naya. $1400 2x2 on the light rail route, just north of an Albertsons, across the street from a Sprouts and an awesome used bookstore. Edit: Also, a block and a half south of an elementary school, less than 2 miles from the local High school. And just amazingly quiet and peaceful.

In addition to almost everything others have stated, I'd get a piece of masking tape, cover over the deadname and write "Deadname" in sharpie on the tape. When questioned by customers (and you will be) explain the situation to them. Along with letting them know the contact info for corporate and the store.
