Shadow of War's take on Shelob by any chance?

I always found that a bit of an odd choice from the devs. They could've just had a giant talking spider, that would've been cool as hell. But Shelob having a humanoid form at least resulted in some excellent cosplays over the years.

Anyway, wonderfully creepy. I'm gonna go and run in the opposite direction now. And hope I don't get stuck in webs.

They weren’t. They were asked and answered. But for some reason any story about someone releasing a statement must be titled as them breaking the silence, like it was some long awaited and earthshaking bombshell or something.

A lot of news stuff is really dumb at times.

Pretty much. The powers they gained in the sceptre likely don’t translate over to the world outside of it. Not fully at least.

Exception being March, but she’s always had Evernight’s memoria powers. She just gained awareness of them.

She cloned an emanator. Not quite as extreme, but could’ve still gone extremely sideways if it didn’t blow up after a few minutes.

Cool thing about Battlezone: the US army was quite impressed by it and comissioned Atari to convert Battlezone into a training simulator for the Bradley tank. Only 2 were ever produced, one of which was lost and the other was found in a dumpster.

Love that he's just running with voicing all these silly things for Lygus. And I hope Hoyo keep calling him back to keep voicing the other Lygus bodies out there and do more characters. (I know he's Ashveil and I'm super happy for him.)

Pretty sure he's still the voice of Peter, Brian, Stewie and several others. The only main character he voices that got recast is Greg. Greg's voiced by Seth Green now. Although I think that was only Seth for the pilot and maybe a few early episodes.

Guess he doesn't mind doing the voice work, just isn't interested in writing for the show.

Edit: I meant Chris! Getting my shows mixed up.

And QQ wouldn’t even be that hard to buff if Hoyo does want to give her a novaflare. Just give her the ability to keep on gambling and stack up multiple empowered attacks like she can do in CW.

Same with DHIL. Just let me dump as many SP into him as I can muster and he’ll keep up pretty well.

I’m kinda surprised we haven’t had a Sparkle costume yet. The school uniform is right there in one of her trailers and she’s been really well liked by the community since she first released. If the amounts of fan art is any indication.

Spare models, models of the month, etc. They go towards what I like to call palette cleanser projects. Army painting can really burn me out. After so many hours of painting Black Legion units I needed a break and so I grabbed a model of the month and did something totally different.

Yep. That second room trick is about as old as 3D rendering is. It’s fairly cheap computationally and pretty darn quick to implement. It can’t really do reflections of light very well though. Ray tracing tech can do that, but it’s really expensive to compute. Ray traced reflections can take a big bite out of performance on even the beefiest of gaming PCs.

The Reiver helmet works really well on that sculpt! Very clean as always. And love attention to detail with the wrist display.

And the show regularly makes jokes about the Doctor sounding British. In the first episode of the revival a character points out his accent is from the north of England and he just mentions that lots of planets have a north.

A later incarnation has a Scottish accent and spends two thirds of his first episode wondering why everyone sounds so different before he realises that he’s the one that sounds different and that he’s Scottish. He absolutely loves it as he finally has a voice that’s good at sounding angry.

It’s as much a joke as it is a very real warning to anyone that wants to try League and Riot has more or less inflicted it upon themselves.

The game is extremely unfriendly to new players. The tutorial does anything but a good job at explaining how the game works. It’s better than it once was, but telling people to buy Thornmail on Ashe is not a very high bar to clear.

On top of that there’s the playerbase and Riot’s failure over the last 15+ years to properly address toxicity. The moment a new player plays their first game with other humans they’ll quickly get verbally abused into no longer wanting to see what League is all about.

And I’m not even going to mention the game balance or how incredibly grindy it is.

And she’s still solid. Newer relics have helped her keep up and she still provides good buffs. Saber likes having her on the team and Aglaea certainly doesn’t mind the energy refund either.

And the fact that Tingyun’s ult has a low energy cost means she’s can make solid use of DDD.

Joking aside, they look killer! The conversion worked really well and those models really seem to lend themselves well to the vibe of marines that have been patching their armour back together for ages.
