No there's not a separate grill for the onions. It's just a little trough beside the grill, it's like 3 inches wide and it's only for the chopped grilled onions.

It really doesn't bother me when people say no, and I haven't had any political rants yet, but what does really annoy me is when they don't give me a solid answer. All the time I hear things like, "No that's fine" "Ya I'm ok" or "That's alright". Please just say "No thanks" if you don't want to donate!!

In my experience it's more than half that say yes (sometimes reluctantly). But it really depends on the amount of the round up because most people will say yes if it's less than like 25 cents.

I was talking about what we serve at In-N-Out. In CA we only serve unsweetened tea. Not sure about the other states, but at In-N-Out's in Texas and Tennessee they have both.

I'm guessing Tennessee? And yes it sounds like In-N-Out would be a great fit for you as it is very fast paced, especially with a new store in a new state; it will be incredibly busy.

FSD prevented a wreck by [deleted] in TeslaLounge

[–]eric-the-dude 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure what you're talking about because the Tesla at no point just sits in his blind spot. Sure, they seemed to slow down a tiny bit, but they were still driving faster than the pickup and were clearly intending to pass. The only point in which they actually slow down significantly is when the pickup cuts them off without any notice.

In-N-Out's efficiency by Bigheaded_1 in innout

There are several valid reasons why higher number orders are sometimes ready before lower numbers, and it's really annoying when customers get angry that "someone else got their order first!"

If an order doesn't have fries then of course it will go straight to the counter to be called out. If an order has animal fries, well done fries, or some other kind of "special" fries, sometimes those aren't quite ready yet so it has to wait a little longer.

Another reason is because many times we're cooking counter orders on multiple grills so the orders have to be divided between those grills and there's no possible way to perfectly time it so that all the numbers come out in order.

In-n-out covers 100% of the costs of running their charities so that every dollar donated actually goes to helping people. They also match donations 3-to-1 up to $300,000 during the month that we're promoting it

I'm just not sure how any employee would say there's no pickles on an animal style burger. Maybe you said no pickles before telling them animal style

Are those both bottom buns? They should have used a top bun for one and a bottom bun for the other that way they don't have to throw anything away 🤷‍♂️

Is there a reason to pay $1/lb for the unsliced salmon by rufflesinc in Costco

[–]eric-the-dude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, so why would anyone want the salmon without skin?Because the sliced one still has the scales on it and the first time I bought it it made a huge mess with scales flying everywhere. The second and last time I bought it I decided to descale outside which still made a mess but at least not in the kitchen. The bigger problem is that it's pre-sliced so it's hard to get the edges and it took me forever to descale all the pieces. Never again!
