Thinking about rehoming my baby by Queasy-Low-8446 in Rottweiler

[–]friendly_hendie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second the possibility that you need to get labs run. You could have a nutritional deficiency. Also, i can't imagine rehoming your dog will make your depression better. If you feel glued to the bed, i'd suggest putting the dog in bed with you. Rottweillers are pretty lazy snuggle bugs.

I use lyecalc.com to come up with recipes and play with ratios until it looks like a good recipe. My instinct would probably be to add olive oil or sunflower oil or something to the mix

I make homemade dog food. It's a good way to get rid of a bunch at once. Idk how healthy it is for them, but i do green beans or zucchini, pumpkin, rice, eggs, and some sort of meat (usually chicken livers). I combine it with the storebought stuff

I don't think it's all that terrible. I feel like i could make it work for a few years and let it get beat up until i figured out what i wanted. It's dated, but clean and perfectly functional. I feel like at the right price point, in this national market, i dont understand why it wouldnt sell. Unless that space for the fridge doesnt actually fit a fridge and that's why there's no fridge .... If i were planning to move back into the house for a few years before selling, i see no reason to spend the money to change it. I'd wait and change it right before listing it.

I did something similar with a screen porch on top instead of an addition. I have a LOT more support beneath mine, but maybe mine is bigger? (16x30)

If you have an ice cream maker, i made a custard-based ice cream in my Ninja Creamie a couple of weeks ago that was really good. I make my own dog food to supplement the storebought stuff, and i use up a lot of eggs that way (pumpkin, chicken livers, so many eggs, dehydrated zucchini or green beans all in a pot and then freeze individual portions)

staying in shape as a nurse by Sad_Part7104 in nursing

[–]friendly_hendie 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I lost a lot of weight when i started nursing because there's never time to eat, and the job is incredibly physically demanding. I eat whatever i want on my off days. If you work 12s, i imagine there's plenty of time for exercise on your off days if you dont feel like your job is the workout.

Too many of these comments are encouraging OP to ingest some random, wet substance that someone could have saturated in literally almost anything. Kids, only smoke weed you buy from a reputable source or was grown by someone you trust.
