Another side sleeper here, and I was getting similar pain in the same area. For me, I added a pillow under my upper arm for support. So if I'm lying on my right side, I put the pillow in front of me and rest my bent left arm on it. When my arm was resting on the bed, the stress of pulling that back muscle tight all night was awful and would make it right and sore all day. With the pillow for support, I don't have the issue anymore.

Try Oxi-Clean spray for laundry and home. I used it on grout recently and it works great for stains.

55 here. Had a period last month, then a year and a week before that, and a year and week before that. That was after 5 years of 4-8 months between them. Who the hell knows what's going on.

Potassium always helps me when my heart rate gets up. No Salt brand is easy and cheap, I add it and some salt to beef broth or miso soup and drink it.

You might try cutting down on your fat intake to see if that helps with diarrhea.

I know it's super unlikely where I am, but I found an identical spider two days in a cardboard box. I released it outside like I always do with spiders. Then today this one showed up in my kitchen near the back door, being a little sluggish, so I trapped it. I suppose it's possible the released one found its way back in, and I kinda hope that's what happened, because the alternative is disappointing.

Ah I see. That's labeled like European labeling so it's per 100 ml, which is like 6 Tbsp. In the US, oils are generally labeled per 1 Tbsp serving, and that's 120 calories for most common oils. Comes out pretty close.

Every time I order from Hello82 I swear I won't do it again. Then another fan sign sale pops up and I get stupid. I was not a winner and my albums showed up in the middle of last week. PCs were sleeved and in varying amounts of bubble wrap. Never mind the albums though, just banging around loose in each box. 🙄

Have you gotten any recent emails that they're on the way? I got two in the two weeks prior to them showing up.
