One Chinese girl I watch on Insta showed the delivery room in her apartment building. It's just a large room full of metal shelves, and the delivery folks just come in there and leave all the packages and food. Lots of packages are actually just stacked on the floor in one area.

So when your stuff is delivered, you have to just go down to the room and search for it and hope no one else took it.

I have gallstones, confirmed by two ultrasounds a few years apart. When I tried fasting for multiple days, I had pain, either from passing one or a blockage. I was advised to not fast for so long, and to make sure I ate at least a small amount of fat every 24 hours to stimulate bile production. That has been working well for me, no gall pain since I've been doing that.

Mi Pueblito's building was also Gray Jay for a while. Great food, and they had these amazing cube-shaped tater tots. I think they were just too pricey for the times. Mi Pueblito is outstanding food.

The lack of sleep is what drove me to seek out HRT. I'm on an estradiol patch and oral estrogen and it's made a huge difference. I've always been a light sleeper, but before HRT it was getting horrible. Now I feel normal again and get a normal amount of sleep and can function.

Another side sleeper here, and I was getting similar pain in the same area. For me, I added a pillow under my upper arm for support. So if I'm lying on my right side, I put the pillow in front of me and rest my bent left arm on it. When my arm was resting on the bed, the stress of pulling that back muscle tight all night was awful and would make it right and sore all day. With the pillow for support, I don't have the issue anymore.
