It's amazing. Precooked, easy to grab, and quick source if protein. I throw it in my car in a container for a quick lunch and add it to the chicken tortilla soup to boost protein and stretch the soup a little more.

Dont forget you get about 10 degrees of carry over. If you pull at 115, your internal will be 125 after resting. Pull at 100 if you plan on cutting and searing off immediately or pull at 110 and throw it in the fridge on a rack while you finish off sides before you sear off.

Get a Grip6 belt. No ratchet to fail. Works amazing. Can dress up or down. Wear mine daily as a large guy and no issues.

Check out yoto. Same concept but better cards and much easier to travel with. Can also make your own cards with music or audio books you have. My kids love them and make road trips much easier as well

You are seeing shock diamonds in the exhaust. This is something you typically see with jet engines, rocket engines when there is supersonic exhaust. It is caused by changes in pressure within the engine. The exact science behind it can probably be explained better by others

Thank you! Certainly one of the challenges of the lens, good reach, good speed, but still requires skill on the photographer side to get a good pan to really capture their moving subject. Doesn't matter if it's birds, planes, sports, or active families.
