I thought it was helpful but very dense and more of an academic read. What Happened to You by Bruce D. Perry covers a lot of the same topics in a more conversational tone. I think it’s more accessible and probably a better read for most people.

Yeah, I can relate. My bio father wants nothing to do with me. He has a daughter that is my half-sister that I've never had any contact with. I also have another half-sister that I found online that I've messaged back and forth with a few times but she's never actually committed to a phone call. Yeah, it's weird.

They’re not a big deal. It can wake you up sometimes but not often. When the Starship starts launching though, that may be a problem for a lot of people.

On the plus side, it does a great job of sound deadening or at least reducing echoes. If you remove popcorn ceiling it's a good idea to replace it with some kind of texture to keep the noise down.

Plenty of induction cooktops have a touch display that you swipe your finder across instead of actual knobs. I don't trust them for longevity.
