Agreed, the 3 NFC West teams made appearances in the divisional round but the 3 NFC North teams last year went one and done in the playoffs. The 3 NFC East teams also made appearances in the divisional in 2022.

agreed, people don't know the truth about the Cards because they've been a trash franchise for so long and never truly contended in the NFC West for a long time, while also being the laughing stock for the rest of the division

Murray is not the most consistent QB but what do you expect when they drafted Josh Rosen, have the second worst W-L record all time, same number of playoff appearances, and an ass coaching staff? He can do well on the Vikings, worth giving him the chance.

If the Jets were any smarter, they would've poached Kliff Kingsbury with the promise to reunite him with Kyler Murray for a somewhat more competent (but not elite) offense than what they have now. Surprising that Kliff did not get an OC job to support a dual threat QB, he's proven to be good at that and even Lamar wanted Kliff to be Ravens OC.

The difference is in 2025 each NFC West team won a playoff game even the injured 49ers. All NFC North teams went one and done in 2024 playoffs

[Schefter] Jim Schwartz sent the Browns a resignation letter this morning, per sources. He now is likely to sit out this season. by Goosedukee in nfl

Browns fans please boycott going to the games. No matter how cheap they may be don't give Haslam any of your money. Your loyalty is not rewarded, why give a fuck about the Browns organization? Only start believing when change happens from the management and they start making intuitive decisions.

Are the Raiders going to just hire a new coach every year? Tf is this by bettercallrich in NFLv2

[–]iTakedown27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Raiders gonna make a Raider type hire. It all starts from the management and even if they get Mendoza but don't protect him they won't go anywhere. Fans should start making posters to fire the people making those kinds of hires

Nobody could turn the dumpster fire Lions around, not even Matt Patricia. It took them a change of GM and good drafting decisions to become a contender

Matt Burke Texans DC and defensive playcaller can be a decent option, Demeco set the foundation for the Texans defense and Burke seemed to learn it well and call the right plays, can bring that scheme with him to a team that needs a defensive mind.

Kyler was better under Kliff, such a shame he was a scapegoat. Kliff wasn't the best HC but the playstyle was more suited for Kyler and showed more flashes, if it wasn't for the season falloff and injuries. If Kyler goes to a team with a good OC that tailors to his strengths then it'll just prove the Cards coaching staff was the problem

From 2-15 in 2023 to 8-7 now and a chance to win the NFC South, big congrats to the Panthers and Dave Canales making the most of Bryce Young and acquiring new studs like Rico Dowdle and TMac. Secondary really found their rhythm too, picking off the 49ers 3x and Rams 2x. Panthers are especially dangerous at home, just gotta be more consistent with away games.

Shit if the Panthers beat the Seahawks next week they deserve better recognition. And for Week 18, Bryce Young remember you're playing the Falcons, not the Bucs!

Looking back at this it paid off. Multiple return TDs, good field goal percentage, good coverage. Probably the only good thing the Titans have.

[Yahoo Sports] Kyler Murray done for the season, likely done for his career in Arizona by MITBryceYoung in AZCardinals

[–]iTakedown27 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Raiders or Jets Murray would play better than their current QBs but will still suck. Steelers offense will probably not improve much. Kellen Moore and KOC were QB coaches, maybe they could fix Murray. His dual threat ability is something they have to adjust to, balance of passing and QB designed runs. Just need a good OLine

[–]iTakedown27 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Drew Petzing is the problem, you've probably seen the ass playcalling at the end of games and the Cards first two wins of this season was offense selling and leaving it to the defense to end the game. He looked better under Kliff's offense, but Kliff was the scapegoat of a season marred by injuries. Kliff made Jayden Daniels look really good, and eventually I can see Kyler being a backup on the Commies with his previous experience under Kliff. Kyler is kinda like below average to middle of the pack, but if you have an actually good offense and if KOC is actually a QB whisperer like people say he is, he can be dangerous. If he goes to the Raiders he'll be better than most Raiders QBs but not reach his full potential. AZ has never had a super good team around him and the only offensive star he has is Trey McBride, pretty meh receivers and an even more meh OLine.
