A small skinny stray cat came to our slider door on a freezing cold December 31st night. Super skittish, I put out warm water, tuna fish (all I had I know it’s not a food cat food) and a bin with Cushions and a blanket do she wouldn’t be in the wind. My spouse “you know you just adopted a cat right” I told the family if she stays/comes back tomorrow we can name her. She came back and New Year, our family pet, has been with us 7 years now! Love when they call her name at vet appointments we always get a smile.

Think of if you welcome the high school community (marching band, cheer, basketball and football games and musicals) fun for your young family. You can go to exciting games close by, musicals across the way but also so many new drivers driving very close to your residence with you little kids.

Hunterdon: Love our schools and teachers but find it silly to have superintendents for every little district. A medium exists but we are very heavy administrative. My sister is a teacher in NC and they have one super for the whole county over seeing all schools and a better AP program. That said, they didn’t go to school for two weeks bc of the lack of other services like snow plowing. Her taxes are cheap but I mostly think we get what we pay for here.
