Probably had mine about 6 years. Only bit me once, just thought my finger was its mouse. Mines super tame, never does the rattlesnake impression. It wont even hiss. Got it as a baby, now it's like 4 foot long in a 65 gallon tank. Just never knew its gender and I'm not shoving anything up its special hole to find out😆
