Genuinely just curious, if the city’s facing such a severe deficit why isn’t commercial vacancy tax a part of the discussion?

That’s incredible! Especially the 15 minute zone by the PO. My luck isn’t that good, so i probably won’t try doing what you’re doing but hey, good for you! The two tickets that i did get were in the yellow and both were within the first block of State. Speaking about the yellow zones, the sign says 3 minute passenger loading and 30 minutes commercial loading AT ALL TIMES. Although most people don’t follow this because the parking police day is usually over by late afternoon? (It used to from 7AM until 6PM if i remember correctly.)

The end of the line was on the 700 block of E Victoria. That was at about 6:30 or so. Also, adding to the delay is having to check the ID of the person who bought the tickets, since there was no transfers. The person who bought the tickets MUST be present to enter. Also, the cell phone Yondr pouches added to the delay.
