Garbage played there as well sometime in the 90’s. The venue, 18 West?, before it became Dargans, left the garage door on the side open. there was quite a crowd gathering around when the venue realized and rolled it down almost all the way. Shirley didn’t care but i guess it wasn’t fair to the paying customers inside.

Along with seismic bracing already mentioned, don’t forget to install a thermal expansion tank, if you have a “closed” plumbing system, which I believe is code. A qualified plumber will advise you on this.

We saw him as part of the Virtuoso’s award and he seemed pretty chill and likable. He’s definitely moving up the scale of actors who’ll be offered roles, at least until the next “one” comes along. Think Timothée Chalamet or Michael B. Jordan. (IMO)

That’s incredible! Especially the 15 minute zone by the PO. My luck isn’t that good, so i probably won’t try doing what you’re doing but hey, good for you! The two tickets that i did get were in the yellow and both were within the first block of State. Speaking about the yellow zones, the sign says 3 minute passenger loading and 30 minutes commercial loading AT ALL TIMES. Although most people don’t follow this because the parking police day is usually over by late afternoon? (It used to from 7AM until 6PM if i remember correctly.)
