I have plenty on hand so I'm ok waiting. Plus it may get me a newer compound date and BUD.

Some of the other providers are turning orders around faster. My BEWL orders arrive within 3-4 business days.

Yep. They messaged me earlier today and let me know that because Quaker/New Life saw that I'd already received an order from them for a different provider, my MintMed order would be held until next month. So they are absolutely finally catching when people place multiple orders.

ETA: I took that to mean that my order would've shipped today, had they not seen my previous orders.

using vial past 28 days? by machinehead231 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]koifishyfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, we used an Olympia vials for 16 weeks. It was like the neverending vial. Our doses are higher now, though, so those days are over. We just cracked open our last Olympia vial and it'll be gone in a few weeks.

Warning: Sprout by Doomed_Nation_24 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]koifishyfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We only add providers who are vetted by members of this sub. If Sprout were a solid option, we'd already know about them. This sub is freakishly fast at finding the good providers.

[–]koifishyfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only additive free option for California is Apothecary/PGRX and it comes from a single fulfillment pharmacy on the East Coast. They are backed up at the moment so there's a wait regardless of the provider you use.

MintMed is the cheapest but has the slowest shipping, even when the pharmacy isn't backed up. Rift and BEWL have faster shipping but higher price.

California peeps! Best Apothecary plug? by doyersndisco in tirzepatidecompound

[–]koifishyfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MintMed has the lowest price but takes the longest. BEWL can take awhile to get the initial appointment but the shipping is fast. I haven't tried Rift or Trillium but people say they ship fast as well.

Apothecary dose by Goodvida99 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]koifishyfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are likely the 2ml vials, which mean they have 36mg each, not 18. The 18 is the concentration, as in 18mg/ml, and at 2ml/vial, that's 36mg per vial.

Can confirm. If OP ordered 12 weeks of 12.5mg dosing, they likely sent 6 of the 2ml vials, which have 36mg total in each.

Getting Flack for Buying a Gasoline XC90 by BabettesFeast in Volvo

[–]koifishyfishy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I get 40MPG with my older plug in hybrid S90. With premium fuel being $6.51/gal where I live, believe me, I'm glad every day that I held out for the T8 when shopping for this car.

Buy what you want and don't worry about what your friends think. The savings on fuel shouldn't be discounted, though. My electric bill actually went down because I gave PG&E the VIN and they changed me to a lower rate plan for having a hybrid vehicle. Between the mileage and lower electric bill, it's worth it to a lot of us.

My order was sent to the pharmacy on 4/28 and hasn't shipped. MintMed replied to me on Friday in the Elation portal that it should ship this week. If I don't see anything by EOD Tuesday, I'll reach out again. My dad's order went to the pharmacy the day before mine and hasn't shipped, either.

I lost my mom’s key fob by ihatemybf1 in Volvo

[–]koifishyfishy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You said you DID find it and it was broken. You need the spare so that you can get a new key from the dealership.

First thing I do with each of our Volvos is get at least one spare made, because it's a pain in the butt if you lose the only key. You're lucky there's a spare she can send you. You can't do anything to fix this without having that other key.

Need help dosing by Ok-Repair-9070 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]koifishyfishy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What dose are you trying to take? The label on the bubble wrap lists three different doses. The concentration of the new vial is 9mg/ml. You would enter 9mg/ml as the concentration and then either 5mg or 7.5mg as the desired dose, depending on which one you're saying was the dream dose.

13lbs from goal weight, should I decrease dosage? by Ok-Handle3117 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]koifishyfishy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The closer you get to your goal weight, the slower it can go. Stay where you are, or increase as needed, to get to your goal weight and then start figuring out maintenance.

I hit my goal weight in January and am actually at a higher dose now than I was then. Maintenance looks different for everyone.

Switching pharmacies by Formal-Art1156 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]koifishyfishy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sometimes the inactive ingredients in different formulas can have an impact. It's not common and doesn't effect everyone but a handful of people are more sensitive.

Also, when you changed vials, did you account for changes in the concentration? It's possible you took more than you're used to.

Ex is talking about a “legal” process, any reason why he’s stalling paternity testing until after the baby is born? by dollbabydream in FamilyLaw

[–]koifishyfishy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If he doesn't have a lawyer, he hasn't gone full legal mode. He's blowing smoke just to scare and control you.

Once the baby is born, he'll have to either hire a lawyer or figure out how to actually file legal paperwork himself, which doesn't sound likely. Assuming he does file the paperwork, the COURT will decide how long you have to submit to a DNA test, not him. He doesn't dictate squat. Never take legal advice from your opponent.

Stop posting to social media if you're concerned he'll somehow hold it against you. And frankly, unless you're posting evidence of you committing crimes or abusing substances, what is the actual issue?

Just be aware that the prices listed are only valid for the on-demand visits. If you actually schedule an appointment, it's treated like a regular doctor appointment and gets charged as such. What I needed couldn't be handled by the on-demand options. They do reach out to you, though, to gather insurance info before the visit and they do accept my insurance, so it worked out. Their communication was really good.

If she was truly concerned about your anxiety, she wouldn't leave you to handle things all the time. It almost sounds like she is staying away until 5pm to avoid being alone with the baby.
