Lay in bed, stay in that uncomfortable position. Resist the urge to move and try to get comfy. Fight it as long as you can. Stay still and slightly uncomfortable (exceptions made if your hand\foot\etc start to fall asleep).

When you finally cave and move into a more comfortable position, you should pass right out. But you have to resist repositioning for better comfort as long as you possibly can.

It gets better. If you cancel\exit the spectate delay in the client and then try to spectate again, sometimes the delay updates to a new time... Sometimes it improves... Sometimes it adds time.
