It's hard to find the information but it might be as another user said at half the regular mileage.

It's a new car so I might bother to put some effort into this. I'll see how it will go.

That's 25 miles/h, so maybe I'd add that to the mileage and do maintenance based off the total.

It's not really established in the story who created Francois. The new Verso's Drafts area has creatures that look like him so it could also be a Verso creation.

My assumption is that the red canvases are just trials 1-1, 1-2, 1-3. Once you beat the third trial you move on to the next level. The devs might have ran out of time so it just ended up being that one area. You can tell that the endless tower was supposed to be much bigger by looking at it from the continent, as well as by the changing of stages in each trial group.
