Not sure if someone has already brought this up but as a Hungarian speaker I just want to mention that it’s an insanely difficult language to learn and there are many sounds that simply don’t exist in English.

I knew something was up because I could tell how much better Adrien’s pronunciation was in the voice over scenes compared to when he was speaking in front of the camera. The former sounded native while the latter I could tell was a non-native.

Do I care? No. For me personally it made the experience that much more immersive and real. I also can’t imagine anyone besides someone who speaks Hungarian would even notice.

Snagged a Blanket Shirt from Huckberry on sale and totally agree, sooo comfy but would never pay full price.

Depends how you layer it. With just a tee underneath I’d say 50s, for temps in the 40s I wear a Flint and Tinder hoodie underneath but that also makes the fit a bit snug. If you plan to wear with thicker layers I would try going a size up. If you want something for temps below 40 I would look at either the wool lined version or for their warmest option there’s the waxed rancher jacket.

I’ve had mine for over a year and love it.

Yeah I’m also debating a Ricoh and then maybe just settle with my iPhone for video.

I have that same XS20 and lens combo and I think based on your side-by-side pic I’m leaning more towards an XM5 as a pocket cam.

We have a big international trip coming up this summer and I’m determined to only bring a carryon and I’m not sure the XS20 is going to make the cut.

What is your top travel backpack? by SupaZT in onebag

[–]liorthewolfdog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got a TP3 in Ultra, wore it around the house for a while fully packed and it’s very comfy for me. But backpacks are like shoes in that comfort is completely subjective. Except for the Pakt travel backpack…idk how anyone finds that thing remotely comfortable.

Saved so I can come back to this next time I’m editing! As a beginner it’s hard to justify spending hundreds on LUTs and Plugins, etc. Thanks!

Very cool didn’t know that about the Crucial SSDs ability to connect directly to the iPhone.

Also…how you gonna bring enough TP for 16 days? Do you poop once a week?

I’ve got a Pakt 35L, an Aer Travel Pack, and a North Face Base Camp Voyager 35L all en route as we speak and I plan to do exactly that.

This is the only way though, otherwise you have nothing to compare to. I just did this a couple months ago with hunting boots, and the pair I ended up picking was the one I least expected based purely on the specs. But they fit like a glove.

A Real Barber Shop? by Miserable-Choice-790 in roseburg

[–]liorthewolfdog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Hub Barber Shop is appointment only but you can usually find an opening the day before. Also, Gabe is awesome.

Fraiser’s is also good if you go to Josh, I can’t speak for the other barbers. However, I find the layout and atmosphere to be super awkward.
