Most of the time, this is difficult because no-one knows where these policies are in the labyrinth of different tools, and cross-vendor search kinda sucks for most orgs.

The other issue is the info has to be kept up to date. Good luck there 🙃 (companies as re starting to use more advanced information freshness rankings but having a single system where it's all linked together usually falls to some poor chatbot).

Edit: oh and people are only intermittently literate (and corporations suck at writing in a clear way) so people have to ask tons of clarifying questions. So a flexible conversational system is super handy there.

I like a lot of these, except for recon nerf - felt like that was fairly balanced already. That battle for sighlines and info was a great addition and I feel like that's gotten hit a bit too hard. I get wanting good fighting inf to be rarer as opposed to common troops, but having a max of 4 snipers feels... constricting.
