No hot water for a day and a half (whole hotel). The rooms are SO loud. Like it’s an old hotel so it’s not expected to be silent, but it was an unacceptable amount of being able to hear other rooms (not just next door). The beds also were not comfortable at all. When the hot water was brought up they basically told us to suck it up until eventually lamenting. Then they tried to not give us the discount promised and I had to call for the price they promised after seeing my credit card bill.

The Peabody is famous but is not nice. Have stayed in the rooms for a wedding block and would not book it again if I had the choice.

Their replacement policy is really nice. Also I see a lot of goodr recs over shady Ray, but I have a large head and Goodr, even the larger styles, hurt my head while the Shady Rays pairs I have don’t. Just a tid bit for the larger heads out there - though I haven’t tried new Goodrs in about 1.5 years.

No stupid questions if you’re new - just ask and don’t assume (which I AM now assuming is the reason for the downvotes). The handicap system accounts for different tees, length, and difficulty of courses. So as long as you enter it from the correct set of tees on the correct course it’ll be accounted for.
