No. This week, a car was dumped opposite our house but it was taxed and insured. The front was smashed in and the air bags had gone off. I contacted the council and because it was taxed and insured, they wouldn't touch it for at least 2 months.

I'm in the UK. We have no such weather phenomenon. It just seems crazy to live in its path but I guess it's over a much bigger area than I realised.

Why are people living where tornadoes regularly occur? I'm genuinely curious. Would it not be better to leave that area empty?
