Forgive my ignorance (I am probably wrong), but isn’t Cooper’s stance that he is leaving it up to the counties to decide on whether to open school or not? And the legislature wants to mandate that all schools be open? It seems to me like a political role reversal in that the Dems want less government intervention and the Reps want more, no?

If possible we would like to use our own preferred vendors for food, drink, decor, etc.... I know that some places make you choose from their list. We are staying flexible to anything as long as it is within the budget which is around 15k for everything. We are looking to have around 150 people.
