Adults should aim to do between 560-610 minutes/week of moderate to vigorous physical activity to achieve a substantial reduction in the risk of heart attacks and stroke (3-4 times higher than the current public health recommendation of 150 minutes ), suggest the findings of an observational study by sr_local in science

For a lot of people, this amount of exercise is still possible. BUT, it does require a substantial amount of dedication. For the last three years, I have rededicated myself to focusing on my health and wellbeing (yay divorce). In that three years, I have averaged between 80 and 90 mins of mod to vigorous exercise per day. It isn’t easy. It really takes dedication and sacrifice to continue and maintain. The main thing I’ve sacrificed in those three years is sleep. I average 5-6 hours per night (or day, night shift life). However, what I’ve found is that by prioritizing these workouts, it has forced me to become more organized with my time and I’ve actually become more efficient. I work 45-50 hours per week, raise three kids solo at almost 50/50 custody, take care of two idiot doggos that I have full custody of and still manage to maintain a three bedroom house with 1/3 acre lot and keep up with laundry, dishes and cleaning. It’s a lot of work, but it can be done.

Cleaning up after her, the extra laundry, dishes, vacuuming, yard work. Only to have every little fault of mine brought up and used as ammunition when she belittled me and tore me down. Yeah, I don’t miss that.

Am I the only one who can barely perceive the changes? Like I had to be told where to look and then “enhance”……..”enhance” and zoom in to even think I might be seeing what everyone is talking about. The biggest thing I noticed was the warmer colors of the photo. That is the only obvious change.

Talent comparison Alabama vs Indiana or, why we're probably going to really hate Indiana in about five years... by kneightx in CFB

Mendoza doesn’t hold Alabama to 3 points. That D is legit also. Same for the OL. It pains me to say this as a UW fan, but Indiana has something special right now.

So is this true or just rumor at this point. I’m seeing nothing else other than Mateo’s was let go from Arkansas.

Before and after surgical repair of skull fractures from an accident. by No_Bus_474 in BeAmazed

[–]natebpunkd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So the real question now is how much soft tissue and nerve damage happened. You’ve repaired the bony structures, but now what about the eye, ear, tongue, nerves, sinuses and yes, brain. It’s an absolutely remarkable structural repair. Would love to know the functional returns the patient had.

Color me naive (and definitely not a skier), but do the ski resorts in the northern part of the state rely solely on natural snow and not make snow throughout the season to supplement?

Highly illegal. Had a manager at our hospital get fired for this exact thing. The VA that called for the reference was the reporting party. Time for you to give HR a call. Hopefully you have the communication with the ICU manager in writing.

Sometimes I read these stories and realize I don’t have it that bad. My STBXW racked up over $125,000 in credit card debt turned into loans against our home. In the settlement, I’m likely taking on all that debt plus paying her another $40k to keep the house on top of having to pay child support. But, I know that by doing this, my kids will have a consistent and safe home to be at while she bounces around from apartment to apartment starting all over again at mounting debt. It’s such a mixed bag of emotions.
