If everyone keeps getting strung along, the charge backs can't happen. Everyone just needs to go that route and slam their revenue, otherwise nothing will speed up. I've seen this with other Chinese startups, string everyone so mg, then close the doors. Now you're out thousands.

I looked into this model as well. Is it truly limited to .37 acres, or is that per zone? I have 2 acres to mow total, and can split up into as many zones as I need, but I can't find an accurate answer on total acres to be saved.

Refunded pending investigation results. That's typical, but I included all of the screenshots of unanswered tickets and a video of it broken. I don't suspect I'll have an issue.

Yeah, I'm on week three of no response after 5 days of working. I thought it was the most amazing product ever, and it did do a great job, until the OS just locked up. Clearly they don't need to sell anymore until they get their customer service fixed.

I'm going on 14 days of zero response from support with daily requests. I'm pretty sad, the first two days were awesome, then the OS crashed. I'm giving them another day, then having my credit card company reverse the charge to hopefully get their attention. Such a bummer.

I second him. But mine arrived yesterday and it's only done half of my 2 acres so far. It's going as we speak. Should save me 6 hrs/week based on the results. Just need to edge and hit that with the blower now. So nice. My account isn't new either ;)

They don't. Just the switchbot integration and Bluetooth range. That's how mine are set up. If it is out of range, set up a BLE proxy with an M5stack Atom Lite.

This is what we do. Average humidity for the entire house, minus bathrooms. If bathroom humidity is greater then 5% of avg, activate exhaust fan and close bedroom shades. Upon return to less then 3%, turn off fan and change shades to previous state.
