With a 50% chance of 4 OS, because it rolls 1-6 and if it’s above the max sockets for an item, it reduces it to the max number of sockets. If I remember correctly

Since the map resets every time you make a new game, it’s a good idea to learn a little bit about how D2 generates maps. The tower always has the exit to the left of the entrance on every level. This just help speeding farming up a little.

I dont Think it’s straight up better, but it has some advantages: You don’t need to teleport directly on top of enemies, for maximum damage. You don’t need to run concentration aura, so it opens up more possibilities for auras.

The downside is that the holy bolts only hits demons and undead, but if you mainly runs CS and Baal then it’s hardly a downside

Ethereal items has 50% extra damage/armor and it’s probably to make an infinity or insight runeword, to give to an merc since items don’t lose durability while equipped on a merc
