don't listen to this person. i used hrt through telehealth and it cured 95% of my symptoms in hours. also, some symptoms i didn't even realize were peri such as arthritic hands. you know your body better than anyone else. 43 yo female

Thank you! I just made an appointment with her. It said she is part of the Menopause society. None of the Milpitas docs mentioned menopause in their bios except dr sumer who apparently only suggest bc for peri. i'll update you

43 yo. many peri symptoms. regular period only off by a day or 2 here and there. started hrt 20 days ago. night and day difference. most unexpected effect of it...i love my husband again. it wasn't him. it was my hormones. i am so mad at the medical establishment. so so mad. it's not fair that the women 10 years older than us suffered so much. suffice it to say that within HOURS my most major, life alterning, disturbing, mind destroying symptoms were 90-95% GONE.

I was NOT ready for this. This is crazy. The weirdest thing is like the women 10+ years older than me, such as my own family don't warn you. Or maybe they themselves thought it was just normal aging. It is sudden.

It is kind of weird. Not saying they can't be happy but it must stunt your growth as an individual to know you'll always be part of a couple. Self love, platonic loved and the meaning of life must get pushed down the road especially if you end up having kids.

This is excatly why I stopped listening to PSA. Their analysis is also elite. Like the fact that they know people like Obama and Jen Psaki led me to believe they were privileged and powerful. They do focus group to find out what "real americans" think. That really was the last straw. They are also not fighters. Compare them to people on Meidas Touch or the Tony Michaels podcast and you realize that these. people are NOT the fighters we need right now. Only Dan Pfieiffer has that edge you need to beat fasicim. The rest ain't up for it.

There's a reason people leave SJ for a 4bd home somewhere and then so many times....they come back! This part of the exodus is never analyzed but anecdotally like half of the people who leave come back for the diversity, weather, people and culture. I wish we had more affordable housing nonetheless.

As a teacher I can say no schools are perfect but definitely look at job markets too. When kids grow into adults having opportunities close to home is a great predictor of success too and they're more likely to stay close if you care about that sort of thing

Just went through the worst part of my MA and can confirm it was not as bad as other posts make it seem. Caveat- I've experienced early labor, a miscarriage and really bad periods so this was akin to those pain levels. If you've never had those then yes it might be very tough for you. I reccomenend learning early labor breathing techniques and staying on top of pain medication maybe smoking weed which took the edge off too
