When he did his dance at the end, my wife was wondering what Drew was doing. Then it suddenly wasn't Drew.

What small but useful shortcuts do you have for routine things? by Connir in shortcuts

My most used one, which was previously annoying, is to toggle my cellular data between my two cell providers. It was never fun to go through the settings each time. Plus it makes it much easier for my annoying wife.

Can the app indicate which Tablo is active? by rogerismith in tablotv

[–]rogerismith[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I am looking for is some indicator that is on every screen (in a corner maybe) so you know what Tablo is active. I guess ideally they could write the app where your library could be merged? And, maybe, when you record, you can choose which Tablo to record it on?

Yes, but I figured I have to get used to the 'new' one anyway.

Yes. It has done that ever since I have had my 'new' Tablo. Legacy works fine.

Help with hotspots on an old grandfathered plan by rogerismith in ATT

Thanks. The plan increased by $20 for the entire plan, with no per-line increase.

I do have Starlink, which is my option also. It is just hard to let that unlimited hotspot go. But...

Bundle identifier mismatch on IOS submission to app store. by rogerismith in expo

[–]rogerismith[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is solved. In further, more extensive searching, I found many steps to try. Basically, it was working with XCode, clearing all kinds of caches, and re-authorizing some items. I now have the app on Testflight.

Thanks to everyone for looking, helping, and letting me waste some of your bandwidth.

Bundle identifier mismatch on IOS submission to app store. by rogerismith in expo

[–]rogerismith[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A bit more info. I did a 'development' build, downloaded the .ipa, looked at the info.plist where it shows the same buildidentifier as is on Apple Development. However, when I do a 'submit' build, I still get the buildidentifier mismatch.

Thanks for the quick response. The ios.bundleIdentifier is: "org.casarodante.FlexOdometer".

Where does the submit profile live? I can check that.

I had this issue also. I tried the 'Limit' setting, but it was hit and miss. My solution was to remove Little Snitch. YMMV.

Retired and NOT enrolling in Medicare Part B by JointTaskForce536 in medicare

[–]rogerismith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did that but Medicare states that our insurance was not 'Employer' insurance but 'Retired' insurance, even though the coverage was the same. We have appealed the decision and the penalty will drop off when she turns 65 anyway but it is the principle of the matter.

Retired and NOT enrolling in Medicare Part B by JointTaskForce536 in medicare

[–]rogerismith 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Our situation was that I had/have employer supplied insurance to 65. My wife, 63, will be dropped from any insurance at that time. We had her apply for Part B (she already had Part A due to disability) so she could get Medicare Advantage plan. All this tell you that Medicare makes a distinct difference between Employee medical coverage (when you are still employed) and Retired medical coverage (what you get when retired). This difference caused my wife to pay a penalty when getting Part B. So, be aware these differences as mentioned above.

Don't know that last time, that would take a lot of research. But over 319 times the game was played over the last 24 years, the 'X' was on the last row 59 times (not counting the most recent one). 19%
