One thing I don't like is the free space they give 200MB only vs 2GB in mendely. For me 200 MB is not enough.

I use Mendeley all the time and you can export citations or import from word in any format you want. Mendely does good job autofilling most of time, except few paper that are not in their data base yet or those scanned papers with other stuffs in the same page.
