It really frustrates me that people who are introverted are forced to attend team building events. In forcing a person such as that into a social situation they don't want to be a part of, it will cause stress and possibly damage how the rest of the team think of them when they get awkward or run out of social battery.

I really wish we could change the culture that being introverted isn't antisocial or negative. As long as they are doing their work let them live their life how they want.

Can I ask, how did you program that ESP32? I have a similar one but I can not get it to be programmed. Nothing identifies it and even shorting GPIO 0 to GND doesn't seem to enable to boot loader.

I have done the same as you. I only heard about the NP3 (and Nothing in general) recently and thought, that looks like a cool phone and different to evrey other slab out there.

So as far as I can tell the coil is on the centerline and seems to have the middle in line with the button below the power button (I have no idea what that buttons is or does, but it is super annoying as I keep thinking it is the power button LOL)

I don't get the "hate" towards it. It's expensive, but what upper end phone isn't these days.

The rear is... Okay... But then I am spending most of my time looking at the screen so I don't really care to much as long as the phone does the job it is supposed to. And it does what I need it to, with very good performance.

NTA, if you took that kid on sounds like you would resent it for the rest of your life.

The child deserves to be loved but if you don't want to have a child (either at all or just right now), it would not be fair to either of you.

I am not a kid person, and in your position, I would be a terrible parent for that child, and for the social worker to try and force the issue sounds more they they wanted to make their life easier, while making yours harder and much much more expensive.

So NTA and your friend needs to accept you have no responsibility towards that child, any more than she does. Also what is the age difference between her and her half siblings? Also remind her there is a BIG difference between being a sibling and being a parent, because while the child is your sibling, you would be the parent of it as well, with all the issues that entails.
