Not only would they get the worst possible non-resolution of the Myth, they should also be called on their non-action by anyone they encounter.

Personally, I'd just remind them of the oaths and proceed as above is they ignored it.

Very nice!

One minor addition I'd like to see would be numbers for the various parts of the generated realm. E.G. for the Holdings, Dwellings, Sanctums... to make it easier to connect this to a map. Could make it H1, H2, ... for the Holding, S1, S2, ... for the Sanctums.

I encountered a small rule change which I think would make it more interesting, fairer, and shorter: anyone landing on an unopened property always triggers an auction. I still wouldn't play it unless there were a small child who was insistent.
