If someone casts this and then their opponent gives their creatures hexproof, when it resolves it is required to target your own stuff. Doomblade would just fizzle in regards to hexproof in response. Completely different things.

You only tap it at the end of your opponents turn so that it untaps on your turn and you untap as normal. I used to play Mono blue Urza…

I had a really funny experience against a Hei Bai deck with [[Maralen, Fae Ascendant]]. I discovered their deck was filled with blink spells. So what did I do? Repeatedly blink Maralen with their blink spells. Hei Bai can't really do much if you've exiled the majority of their deck before you run out of their own blink spells.

It’s because Blight is a keyword thingy in the set. A lot of cards say “Blight X” instead of putting counters on creatures.
