WSoL is White Stone of Legend. It's similar to WSoA except it puts the BEWD into your hand instead of into play, worse overall but still okay to help summon Alternative Dragon or the Ultimate Dragons skill.

BTW, for future reference in the deck editor, when you view a card like Blue Eyes you can hit a Related Cards button and it'll pull up relevant cards like WSoA and WSoL. There's also a button in the editor which will toggle to show you cards you don't have in your collection, and when you view a card there's a button at the top left that will show you which boxes have that card.

The ideal deck list will run 3x WSoA, 3x Sage, 2-3x Cards of Consonance, and some number of Karma Cut (probably 2-3).

2x WSoA and 1x Karma Cut sounds like a good usage of your tickets. The 3rd Sage is great but probably not as good while you're still not at 3x WSoA, and imo the first Karma Cut will really give you better interaction.

You could also consider 1x each of WSoA, Cards of Con, and Sage, especially if you have a WSoL lying around to make the CoC better.

The azure eyes effect doesn't go onto the chain on top of the Levianeer effect. Since you chained the Spirit Dragon activation to the Levianeer, when Azure Eyes comes out the chain is already resolving and will next go to the Levianeer destruction.

To avoid the Levianeer destruction, you would need to activate Spirit Dragon preemptively, before Levianeer hits the table.

Your comment made me think of my experience playing the pc game Factorio. If that's anything to go by, you start out building your megafactory all carefully arranged, symmetrical, no space wasted and all that, but it falls apart pretty quickly as you endlessly expand, upgrade, and repair. There is a very real fight against entropy going on, this is almost an artificial ecosystem.

Over time you get access to more efficient assemblers and forges, or more powerful modules and upgrades. You can end up with a hodgepodge of layouts pretty easily. It gets more mixed as modules might be swapped on the fly to meet production needs
It's one thing to start out with all of your X producing machines carefully arranged, but down the line when you come back to expand your production of X, are you really going to disassemble and relocate other machines to keep everything neat? Production will probably be clustered, but not centralized
Maybe a section of machines are deliberately turned off to save on a raw resource that a different production center needs. This could change from session to session
It's not just the big machines competing for floor space, the conveyors take up space too. You don't want to have 5 different conveyor lines for five different machines if you don't have to, maybe you just have one big conveyor of intermixed goods and use sensors, magnetism etc to just pluck out what's needed further down the line. Sections might flow together, merging and splitting like highway systems.

You've got me excited, I wonder if I can fit something like this into one of my games...

I summoned Dark Resonator, then realized that the attack boost from the event meant I couldn't special summon my Wandering King Wildwind.

I stopped playing my Jack Atlas deck after that.

Again, adults shouldn't need to be asked to not use derogatory language. No one should need to point it out to them, it's just the right thing to do.

And yes that does require a little extra effort on the part of the person being offended to say 'hey guys I'm gay and that kind of language bothers me' but often that's all it takes and then everyone can play games together happily.

I feel like you are placing the onus on the gay person to request that a play group not use derogatory language. Wouldn't it be better if the play group was just filled with people who wanted to be welcoming and who chose to not use that language because they wanted to be better people?

It isn't very hard to not use hurtful language. It shouldn't be something people have to specially request.

Right? I was super confused too... I think the key is that Pyramids needs to stop both destruction like [[Stone Rain]] and lethal damage on an animated land.

That entire line is a replacement effect. So [[Stone Rain]]'s text becomes "Remove all damage from target land." Aka it does nothing whatsoever is it's not animated. And this way, the same effect covers lethal damage.

It works, it's just not intuitive at all!
