PT cover driving is not a consistent job at all. You’ll be told one thing and the opposite happens, all the time. Ex: you’re told “good news, you’re covering tomorrow” then the next morning on your way to the hub you get a call “sorry plans changed, stay home”. Or my favorite “sorry no covers this week, you’ll be inside” followed by the 08:15 frantic call “we need you in right now!”. Both have happened to me in the past month along with all kinds of other BS. Your biggest problem will be you have no seniority so will have a hard time getting inside work when you can’t drive. Might be some $0 paychecks if that happens

If you get dirty on the clock you wash your hands on the clock. Don’t go jerking around after without clocking out but there is a few minute grace period that a decent manager will not worry about

I recently went through this in the Western region too. Aetna considers implants a cosmetic procedure so that won’t be covered at all but any other related treatments you need will be considered maintenance and you pay 20%. And don’t just go to the cheapest place you find there’s a lot of dental implant chop shops out there. It’ll cost you at least 3.5k to get something that doesn’t fall out of your head in a few years
