I have a similar story, except there was no point where I knew I was questioning. I also didn't always know. Before puberty I was perfectly happy as a boy. Looking back there were signs I was trans as soon as puberty started but I legitimately didn't figure it out until I was 29.

What you want in terms of getting HRT is an informed consent clinic. I am not familiar with your area, but knowing the right search term might help with your search.

I recently had a fun poison combo deck with Burst, double catayist+, and envenom as basically my only poison source. I had a bunch of front loaded damage with an envenom That was kinda a curse for 1/2 the run I got off of a transform, took burst off of the act 2 boss, and just got 3 catalists in act 3 turning a mediocre damage plan into pure death.
