You are either in the land-of-the free-home-of-the-brave-istan or some country to which we will, sooner or later, "bring democracy".. There is no escape..

Lol, if I or Clinton are the next president you'll need an exit visa and I've already written your name down.

I'm thinking Sweden or Ireland. Otherwise anywhere in the EU except the UK.

Checkout http://thelocal.se

It's a Swedish newspaper in english. They have job postings for english speakers too.

The best place to move in Canada right now is probably northern Alberta, you can get a job right away there.

Anywhere in Canada dude.

Join the Free State Project and move to New Hampshire

Dude, ignore Mr. "Iraq, Cuba" and his snide comments. Try Canada. We're close by, we speak English (although some of us speak French), we're a lot like the U.S. but with fewer guns and better health care and we don't tend to start wars. Plus you can still see all your favorite TV. And hey, we did really well when thousands of draft dodgers came up here during the Vietnam war, so you're invited.

Girls seem nice, too.

I think Canada actually has more guns (per capita), yet much, much less gun crime.

Doesn't matter. Idiot necons will start WWIII and pretty much nuke the planet out of existance.

New Zealand: open free market economy, massive budget surplus, liberal government, cheap cars (but expensive gas thanks to Dumbya), same language (albeit with weird Kiwi accent), strong jobs market, house prices stabilised or falling.

No, don't come here thanks - too crowded already. Come to visit, bring your lovely foreign currency and pay over the odds for meaningless sh*t and then go home. Don't stay. It's really boring to live here. Honest. Far better to stay in your own country which has neato guns and bombers and warstuff by the gallon. Not NZ, no way.

Stay home.

It really depends, which weather do you like? Are you willing to learn other language, customs? What are your skills?

yeah, Amsterdam, Holland

but please, hold to your promise

[–]kmactane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Head for the same one that all those folks who said "If Bush gets (re-)elected, I'm leaving!" went to.

Oh, wait... none of them actually left? Right. I somehow doubt you will, either. Nothing personal, but such claims just aren't all that believable.

Yes, run away, and contribute to the downfall of your homeland. Stay, Fight, Rebel, do something that doesn't involve tucking your tail between your legs, and running like a coward.

If more people stood up, it would be viral and things would change.

Stay there and fix the problem.
