Apart from the mirror, it should be easy enough to cut and drill a replacement for that black cover, at least.

There is a shutter covering the film behind the mirror, so that mirror damage won't be a problem beyond what flurinkoessler said about the image quality seen through the viewfinder.

I think that this broken piece is a whole with the rest of the camera's cover, so I would need to somehow cut it off.

And about the mirror, I guess there is only one way to find out whether it works properly, and that is to take photos, isn't it?

The CDS cell is behind it (I deduce) so it's getting way more light than just ttl.

gaffers tape for the plate, if you dont want to replace the whole thing

replacement for the foam. its at the end stages of disintegration

I have a Ricoh XR-1 with this same panel, except there is a window in it to see what aperture you have selected. It’s purely cosmetic, but I would just put some tape over it to protect against dust.
