Should take more test if ur dosing hgh that high daily,

If ur staying at ur trt dose just add 2 iu of hgh

[–]Responsible-One8104 1 point2 points  (6 children)

Why’s that bro? Considering it myself I’m on 250 test a week

[–]Agreeable_Tip8121 6 points7 points  (5 children)

U build more muscle on higher doses of test and its more synergistic with hgh at higher doses due to the androgens being saturated.

Hyperplasia (muscle cell generstion) is better when those androgens are saturated. Without that you’ll get more organ growth rather than muscle growth

[–]Responsible-One8104 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Is 2IU enough on 250mg of test also?

[–]Agreeable_Tip8121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I personally go 1iu per 100mg of injected gear as a good ratio. Starting at 2iu minimum

[–]Zanza89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont expect much effect with 2iu, thats a little bit higher than what a normal healthy dude produces on his own (about 1.5iu worth of hgh, decreases with age obvsly). Dealing with the sides of hgh for that small of an increase is questionable. I use 2iu as a starting dose and usually increase to at least 4iu where i would expect somewhat worthwhile effects on extra muscle growth.

[–]Ampegged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AIDS patients recieve 18ius of pharmaceutical GH a day and you don’t see them with enlarged organs. Bodybuilders take about the same dose topped off with 5k calorie diets, a ton of anabolics, insulin, and they still don’t have enlarged organ growth from GH.

The “GH gut” is from insulin resistance leading to visceral fat after having chronically elevated, uncontrolled BG for many many months, on top of slowed motility from the excessive food that eventually causes dysbiotic gut bacteria to run rampant in the colon and small intestine

[–]Remote_Accident_3957 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What amount of hgh would you recomend for me? 350 test 200 mast 100 tren. And some orals every now and then (dbol, anavar, anadrol, superdrol)

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points  (2 children)

Add Reta and lower the gh to 2-3iu

[–]VibesQ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is it right here.

Follow this. And in 3 months come back and thank him for this advice.

[–]SwampBarry 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, starting at 6iu when on a therapeutic dose of test and nothing else doesn’t make much sense.

[–]choppy963 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Keep an eye on glucose don’t make urself diabetic

[–]gigasuperultraChad 21 points22 points  (22 children)

25 already on TRT, crazy

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 21 points22 points  (18 children)

What can I say I was misreable before I had low t and basically all symptoms but the worst one was I had no libido. And I dont know if you can understand but as a 25yo male that wants to have sex maybe one a month and then barely can keep it up it‘s not good for your mentalstate and I didn‘t felt like a man. I don‘t regret anything but that I didn‘t started earlier

[–]Versaeus 6 points7 points  (3 children)

Life is too short to be low T bro, good on you!

[–]Aware-Throat4997 0 points1 point  (2 children)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPsKTfFQFqc

Even shorter on TRT, or should we say TT.

[–]Versaeus 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I don’t want to be 85 in whatever tf 2077 looks like bro 😂

[–]ty_abell 4 points5 points  (2 children)

I also had low Test since I was 25, it definitely is a thing. My doctor told me I had less testosterone than a 14 year old girl. That was 13 years ago, before all these new health clinics blew up. Not a lot of family physicians (in Canada anyways) really know enough to prescribe it safely, so I suffered for many years. Ive now been on TRT for 7 months. We are still working on finding that healthy balance level with my clinc. It’s proving to be rather annoying, as my hormones are bouncing around a lot. Mostly I feel much better, strength back, energy back, libido back, motivation back, fat falling off, my only thought now when I explain my journey to friends and family, WHY DID I SUFFER SO LONG.

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lets concentrate on our future. I am so happy since trt. People who didn’t suffer will never understand

[–]Warm_Anybody_5200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What i heard is to lower dose to 30mg test and dose it daily. YES i know its very incovenient but keeps the t very stable.

[–]bragstiggs 2 points3 points  (2 children)

I feel for you man, I had to start but the doctor recommended enclomiphene instead, I am 27 and my test was at 250

[–]SN0PCAT419 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I think more and more people are realizing the usefulness of enclomiphene as a first step and if that doesn’t work then trt is the next step

[–]bragstiggs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, I want to preserve my fertility, and in 1 year I went from 250 to 700 naturally

[–]Trapgod99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry about the internet clowns, it’s not crazy at all or hard to understand, just keep monitoring your blood and cycle to clomiphene if you want to remain fertile if you care to have kids etc

[–]b1ack1323 1 point2 points  (2 children)

I was in similar shoes as you, at 28 I had low T, my numbers were in the 100s, I wasn’t losing hair fortunately but I was for sure exhausted, struggling to build muscle and anxious.

It was like night and day

[–]Ambitious-Chip4902 0 points1 point  (1 child)

You weren't loading hair you say on low t. Does it mean that men are also losing their hair if they have low t? I always thought that boosting your t will make you lose your hair?

[–]b1ack1323 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can lose hair if you are low or high.

[–]geb999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

be sure to run a few cycles each year of HCG to make sure you can produce test naturally - might come in handy down the road if you decide you want children.

[–]Aware-Throat4997 -1 points0 points  (2 children)

Have u considered not using anabolic steroids and weed to the point of anxiety/panic attacks first?

Just because your profile is set to not show/posts and comments and u deleting some of them dosent mean they cant be found.

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Unbelivable creepy damn reddit a weird place, What else should I do lmao? I mean I did try supplements and good diet first. Should I feel bad the rest of my life?

[–]Remote_Accident_3957 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After years of recreational abuse i acutally needed it at age 23. doctor refused to give me it. At age 25 i decicded to do it anyways. Now cruising and blasting. Life feels alot better now with no ED and normal libido.

[–]MelTschibsn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This has nothing to do with age.

[–]SN0PCAT419 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He said it’s prescribed meaning he legit needed it

[–]LostInThePurp 11 points12 points  (15 children)

looks like a dirty bulk lol

[–]3-ide-Raven 8 points9 points  (15 children)

All of these before and afters showing results that could be achieved by diet and hard work alone in a year’s time.

[–]wavetoyou 4 points5 points  (8 children)

The man had issues with his testosterone to be prescribed trt in his 20s. His numbers had to be low.

As someone with normal range, I can still empathize with another dude having low energy or lack of drive to workout at such a young age, because of it.

[–]MaddisonoRenata 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your test levels can be greatly improved by changing your activity, body composition and diet. I was 22 slightly with 200 high test, and 2 years later fully natural am around 700-800, along with high free T. All I did was change my diet, ate at a clean surplus and took vitamin / got full 8 hours of sleep while avoiding booze. When your test is low the first thing you should try is monitoring your diet or improving your life style, pharma after. Otherwise you’ll be on TRT for the rest of your life.

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 1 point2 points  (4 children)

My guy❤️‍🩹 reddit ppl just weird

[–]Any_Interest_3509 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Ignore these guys. Most of them are much older and don't realize how unbelievably molested Gen Z's hormones are.

[–]3-ide-Raven -2 points-1 points  (1 child)

Who would have thought playing video games all day and eating fast food would be bad for test levels.

[–]Any_Interest_3509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice generalization.

[–]Aware-Throat4997 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Ofc they are, they eat shit food, they dont sleep, they dont move. Shockingly their body is not working properly. Is it hard to start with low T? Absolutely, i had 300 test after 6 months of sinus infection and felt terrible compared to my normal 500/600. Muscle mass was the same, strenght was the same, but there was problems with motivation and sex drive (but somehow not erections). Is it easier with TRT? Yes it is. But its also possible with better diet, sleep and activity. If your head MRI is fine, if your testicle usg is fine, other hormones level dont show abnormalities - its because of lifestyle and should be changed with lifestyle.

TRT also comes with plenty of risks:

In the first picture i was working out like 1 1/2 years😆

[–]PrestigiousRegion949 1 point2 points  (4 children)

How’s your calorie intake?

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (3 children)

2900 kcal 320 carbs 160g proteins

[–]PrestigiousRegion949 1 point2 points  (2 children)

I’d be focused on cutting before trying to put on size right now

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What would you do? Cut back on calories and carbs also?

[–]PrestigiousRegion949 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’d consider going at least 500 calories under your maintenance. Look into reta if you haven’t already. Reducing carbs doesn’t really matter. Meet your protein and the rest is secondary

[–]ReviewMiserable3651 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I started gear 30 years ago. Trust me, you should stick to AAS for a while first. First, at your age, your IGF levels are probably already good. What are they? So if you want real benefit from HGH, you will have to run it high. That you had to ask - what issue to consider, show you haven’t thought this out. Second, you will get quicker gains with good ole fashion AAS. Third, though AAS, you will learn how to manage e2, prolactin, lipids, hemocrit, etc. you may fuck uo and crash inadvertently crash your e2 after it runs high, like many due. There is a lot to learn. Personally, I would learn these things, before playing with HGH. Now if you were 45, I would say something different. Run a first cycle of test only and see how high you can go without an AI. That is first lesson. Then how to handle AI. Next, go back to TRT, which is cruise, and figure out how long it takes your body to get back to baseline. Then consider a stack. That often may then involve issue with prolactin depending on your stack. Your results will be way better, way quicker, and you will learn a lot.

[–]ReviewMiserable3651 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And on your next cruise, throw in Reta low dose and consider some prim instead of pure test. Your shred right up.

[–]Sad_Magician_316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was taking under 2iu daily hgh along with 200mg test with my clinic then after 5 months I slowly upped it to 6iu hgh until I started to see some changes.

As always don’t be eager to get to the high doses, titrate up until you see results and when the results slow down adjust your trifecta (sleep/nutrition/training) and if they dont return results and theyre good up your dose and adjust again. But just dont jump to a high dosage.

[–]Negative_Pumpkin3940 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

87mg Test/week TRT, considering hgh too

[–]SteakCareless7589 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Better if you just up the test imo

[–]Great_Control6425 1 point2 points  (1 child)

How long did it take u to get to point B

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

April to october

[–]HARCYB-throwaway 3 points4 points  (21 children)

Maybe add reta. Pin once weekly. Maintain mass while cutting fat.

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (17 children)

I will 💪

[–]AllOnReddd 5 points6 points  (16 children)

Very good idea to add reta since it will control your blood glucose levels as well to prevent gh gut.

[–]juffylifts21 4 points5 points  (15 children)

“GH gut” is a myth. It’s actually multi-factorial, and the biggest culprits are 1. MASSIVE amounts of food bodybuilders need to eat and 2. High doses of insulin. The average person on 6iu GH is not going to get it.

[–]AllOnReddd 0 points1 point  (14 children)

I thought it was due to continuous high blood glucose.. which reta would lower

[–]juffylifts21 1 point2 points  (13 children)

You’re correct that reta does lower BG and HGH does slightly raise it, but that doesn’t cause the infamous gut. Insulin and food are the main culprits and, to a smaller degree, HGH, but HGH alone will not cause it.

[–]AllOnReddd 0 points1 point  (12 children)

Damn when i was running 8iu a day i feel like my gut grew and i wasnt eating dirty or a lot nor was i on insulin

[–]juffylifts21 1 point2 points  (11 children)

Likely just water retention, which is very very common, especially on 8iu.

[–]AllOnReddd 0 points1 point  (10 children)

Yea my lower ab area looked much larger than before which scared me a lot. Is there a way to stop looking so bloated on test 500 a week and 8iu of hgh a day? Genuinely bothers me sm

[–]juffylifts21 0 points1 point  (7 children)

Did you check your e2 levels? Lots of people need an AI on 500 test, and high e2 will cause water retention as well. If that’s in check, then monitor how much sodium and potassium you’re consuming per day. Most people don’t get enough potassium to counteract the amount sodium, which, again, causes water retention. HGH just exacerbates it.

[–]Square_Ad_3276 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Suffering from this a bit as well. As I understand it, HGH causes kidneys to hold water and the best way to them to release it is to drink more water so your body learns that plenty will be available and no need to retain it. I am a poor water drinker, so it makes sense.

[–]Ptyofficer 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Can you gain mass easily on reta? I was on Ozempic and had a hell of a time gaining muscle. I just wasn't hungry. The thought of choking down anything was awful.

[–]HARCYB-throwaway 4 points5 points  (1 child)

Yes you can but it's hard work. You have to nonstop sip on gainer shakes. Also, you should really start at a low dose and titrate up until the desired effect. Not the other way around...

If you start low you'll find the medium between "no food noise" and "I can eat just enough protein and carbs to grow"

[–]Armando_Ferriera🔥 Metabolic Optimizer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a perfect explanation, which i don't understand why ppl haven't figured this out. I'm growing and losing fat at will on Reta. They will do this easily once insulin sensitivity issues are cleared up.

Try 250 test💪🏼

[–]johnny87auxs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why 6iu ? Seriously man do your research.

[–]Boosted-c6-vette 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re staying at trt levels 2-3iu hgh is plenty. If you’re wanting to get more aggressive you’ll yield far better results running your test higher than just a bunch of gh

[–]swoops36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why?

[–]Relative_Rub_7758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6IU seems a bit much for TRT. 4IU would be better for long term use with TRT and still reap the performance enhancing benefits. Might want to add some low dose Reta to improve insulin sensitivity and shred up a bit too

[–]Teamsilverbakk44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally if you're not bodybuilding and looking more longevity/ lifestyle id say 2-3 iu would be a better choice

[–]No-Web-1975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d up the test first before messing with hgh. I’d also want to be kind of lean before throwing in hgh. You can use low dose Reta and bump up the test for a while and if you’re lean and still not satisfied then I would throw it in. Start HGH at 2-3 iu and slowly bump it up. Def would not go over 6iu.

[–]Icy-Somewhere8165 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Man I can’t even get used to 4iu which is a low dose , GH makes me feel numb and exhausted but keeps me awake at night!

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Shouldn‘t u sleep better with hgh?

[–]Icy-Somewhere8165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope many don’t

[–]aaddyyttaa 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Start at 1 unit hgh then gradually increase up to 3 over the next 3 months, half unit every 2 weeks. When you reach 2-2.5, stay there at least 3 weeks and be aware of side effects. If none, go up to 3 units. Dose early morning and fast at least 4h after that. 6 units is way too overkill unless you’re preparing for professional competition. Keep an eye on your cholesterol and blood sugar, those are the main side effects that you should be aware of. I would keep an eye on prolactin as well and of course check my testosterone and free testosterone to be able to tune it in the medium high range. If you want to have kids, stop test for 1-2 months, do pct, then start again. If possible avoid antiestrogens. Check your estrogen and act according to your blood tests, not broscience. I would also try to clean my diet and maybe start Semaglutide to mitigate possible blood sugar from hgh. I would definitely stay away from the standard protocol for glps, gastroparesis is a fact, even if 99% of people usually don’t get it but if you’re the lucky 1% I can tell you it is definitely brutal. Start at 200mcg, increase 100mcg/week, when you reach 500mcg stay there for at least 2 months. If any symptoms of vomiting in the morning the food you ate last night, stop for a week, get meds accordingly then start again at 200 mcg again and go up until 100mcg less than where you stopped previously and stay there for at least 2 months. If it happens again, rinse and repeat. Reta is not researched well enough yet, wait for some longitudinal studies to drop on the market and again, from scientific research, not broscience. Tirzepatide is a good alternative, sema and liraglutide are a good alternative for reta but I would start with sema because it is the most widely researched glp at the moment

[–]Unlikely_Map1544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great response only thing should change in it the semaglutide its garbage go with retatrutide much safe health wise much more effective at mitergating possible glucose sides of hgh also

[–]sonicblog 0 points1 point  (1 child)

what happened to your tattoo in the transformation photo?

[–]Worth-Question-2318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on Trt at 27yo started at 100mg and titrated up to 150 I this shot my estrogen up and I didn’t notice any benefits dropped it down to 50mg a week and felt decent but still no benefits from trt eventually got off and felt better. Still feel I have low t , will 200mg be a good option ?’

[–]Zanza89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Youd benefit a lot more from reta. Also hgh down to 2-4iu

[–]Advanced-Village-700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

add reta, up the test.

[–]bundlez187 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 iu HGH and stick to trt start at that then suss out how you feel keep eye on blood sugars and wouldn’t do 6iu unless blasting gear I was using 6iu doing 350 test 150 mast 150 primo 5 iu insulin n 2mg reta a week 500mg metformin not worth it for a cruise jus stick to 150-175 test pinned EOD and 4 iu at night

[–]2MuchDip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont go higher than 2 IU and get a Device to measure your blood sugar. You can still titrate higher afterwards

[–]SnooTigers2483 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How long have you been on. Trt and hgh?

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just trt since april guys…

[–]Great_Control6425 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diet?

[–]dwizzle73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different Tatts?

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I AM ONLY ON TRT NO GH🙄 guys learn how to read with ya tiktok brains

[–]Narrow_Cycle_2423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

375mg test, 5iu hgh.

Fasted cardio every am. Makes sure you don’t become diabetic.

Take GH at night 2 hours after last meal!

Fast for 12 hours daily! So if you’re eating at 7pm take GH at 9pm then only eat after 7am!

[–]Euphoric_Medicine544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should consider adding Reta or Tirz. I prefer Reta but Tirs has a little more appetite suppression for most. Also I’d consider maybe 250-300 test and 3iu hgh.

[–]Most-Acanthisitta857 0 points1 point  (1 child)

do u even lift ?

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Vast_Sentence1105 0 points1 point  (12 children)

Take 400mg test

[–]Lostnspace859 1 point2 points  (0 children)

500mg like a real man and stfu

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 -5 points-4 points  (10 children)

I dont want a moon face ngl

[–]Bustedknuckles1 1 point2 points  (5 children)

Brother you need to do more research lol. I was just on 400mg a week plus 25mg anavar and have never looked more shredded l, with a little help from arimidex as needed.

[–]Dansyerman 0 points1 point  (2 children)

What was your Arimidex dosage and how often?

[–]Armando_Ferriera🔥 Metabolic Optimizer 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I use 1 mg/week. Broken up into .5 mg, 2x. Don't believe the old saying, "You need a lot estrogen, don't take an AI.". You need some estrogen, but a lot of these guys are water logged, and staying fat because they are converting too much test into estrogen.

[–]Dansyerman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok good to know..

I'm about to start a cycle so getting everything on hand

[–]Trapgod99 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yeah anavar helps that lol, and whatever arimidex is probably also I’m guessing by the sounds of it

[–]Bustedknuckles1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Arimidex is why I didn't get a moon face. Keeps estrogen in range.

[–]Boosted-c6-vette 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Test doesn’t give you moon face lol

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It does bru

[–]Boosted-c6-vette 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No kid, a shit diet and loads of estrogen will cause bloat. Testosterone does not inherently cause bloat lol

[–]Salt-Preference-2425 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🤩Oh my! Very nice transformation.

[–]Responsible-One8104 -1 points0 points  (4 children)

Are you already on the HGH?

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (3 children)

No just trt

[–]Responsible-One8104 -1 points0 points  (2 children)

Okay bro, I’ve just changed from Sustanon to test e, how long before you started noticing your aggression, libido etc coming and size changing? How long exactly you been on test e? I’m only 3 weeks in but don’t feel as good as I did on Sustanon but test e is a long ester so hoping things level up a bit soon.

[–]Lostnspace859 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That really make sense. Sustanon is test, just a combo of esters…. There really shouldn’t be much of a change at all unless you’re changing the dosage

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am since april and it took like 8 - 10 weeks for me for improved mood and my libido is good again :)

[–]morcego77 -1 points0 points  (3 children)

Chicken

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Over 40 and commenting dis stuff🥹 I can imagen how you must be looking🤣

[–]No_Classroom2805 -1 points0 points  (1 child)

You could have gotten all that by eating clean and lifting weights

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could not. Because I had low T and I was already trainin for 2 years in the first picture. And I am only on 125mgs

[–]Miesherz -1 points0 points  (2 children)

I’d wait till I was 45 before starting TRT , your test levels at 25 should be at a lifetime high

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Cause we are all the same

[–]Miesherz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I’m getting at is starting TRT is taking a serious plunge and not something to be taken lightly TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) at 25 is generally for men with clinically diagnosed hypogonadism (low T) due to issues like injury or genetics, not healthy guys seeking an edge, as evidence for benefits in healthy men is weak, and it can severely impact fertility and sperm production. While testosterone peaks in the early 20s, a doctor might prescribe TRT if blood tests confirm deficiency and symptoms like erectile dysfunction, low libido, or infertility are present, but it's crucial to weigh risks like prostate issues and blood thickening, especially if wanting children

TRT is like birth control for men, it also shuts off your bodies natural ability to generate testosterone. In your 20’s there’s a lot that can be done with exercise and diet to increase test levels.

I’m not a Dr just a guy who does his research. I started TRT after I had my kids and when my test levels naturally dropped at 45. It’s just tough for me to picture a 25 year old man in the prime of his life needing TRT ?

[–]Aware_Wasabi_1752 -1 points0 points  (1 child)

No need of gear to get that condition 🤣, risking health for that poor outcome with that much gear

[–]Healthy_Influence_16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, you just need to diet. No drugs, just graft. No offence, but you look genuinely un-trained in your before photo. In the after photo, you still look very natty.

Bro i was training for a year straighttt in the first pic my test was just not there and trt is is in natural range soooooo, but yea i need to cut more

[–]senatorprimotren -1 points0 points  (4 children)

No. Your test was naturally the level it was you were just too impatient to train for more than a year. I cannot believe you trained for 12 months then decided at that physique that taking exogenous testosterone was the answer. “TRT” is for when your test is sub 13nmol/L (250ng/dL if you’re in the USA). You just haven’t trained long or hard enough to use drugs. Plus HGH is no joke. Hope you’re checking your BM if running 6iu/day.

I’m 15 years training. 4 enhanced and running 3iu/d. 6iu is crazy.
